This was our first time to Anna Maria and the resort made our experience absolutely amazing. Ty (property manager) was very heplful with any questions or concerns we had. The owner is very responsive. Cant say enough about the location and amenities. Room was great for our family of 5! Great sunrises and sunsets. Took the kayaks out to watch sunset over bean point. Beach toys, paddleboards, bikes, hot tub, ping pong and pool were a big hit with our kids. Great food at the rod and reel restaurant. Whats not to love about this place!!!! Book it and you wont regret it!

My Husband & I were asked to join a group of friends last June and we almost had the entire resort for our group alone. One couple in the group has stayed many times and the rest of us were new to this paradise. I fell in love viewing the suites on the website and I immediately contacted Suzette to book. She is just a breath of fresh air to work with. Very sweet, pleasant & patient with my thousand questions as my Husband would say LOL. She will do everything she can to accommodate and is very thorough in covering every detail needed from arrival, during your stay and the check out process. When she said she would be emailing all the confirmation details over that we discussed, she definitely wasn't kidding. Everything there on one page and I was so thankful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a big friendly smile from Ty who happened to be out front when our car dropped us off. You definitely need to say hello if you see him around the property. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Our suite was bigger than what we needed but it worked out perfect. It was decorated so bright, everything so nice, very clean which is always a worry. We will be coming back in 2023 to celebrate our 50th Birthday's and are so looking forward to sharing this amazing resort with our Family & Friends. No place we would rather go to celebrate but RRR. LOVE THIS PLACE. We had a fabulous stay (again) even though there was wind and rain with the approaching hurricane ----still felt like we were in paradise! We rode bikes, paddle boarded, kayaked, played ping pong and corn home. Pool and hot tub are wonderful and the landscaping is beautiful. Staff members great. My favorite spot is the covered comfy seating with perfect ocean views. Cannot wait to come for a third visit!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for accepting reservations for less than a full week as we were only able to stay 4 nights.

We had the best time,Ty was very accommodating,even though has no refridg,or micro w.we were not aware of that prior to our arrival.We made the best of it.We need a unit with those amenities !

peaceful.. quaint.. private.. pristine.. excellent everything by Ty..he is so so sweet i'm heading back in a couple of weeks and i wonder why it has taken me this long
