A great place to stay right on the water, with nice amenities, clean rooms and kitchenette, and pool and hot tub. Good restaurant close by on the dock where you can rent poles to fish. Suzette, the owner, is very pleasant to deal with and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a nice experience.

My Husband & I were asked to join a group of friends last June and we almost had the entire resort for our group alone. One couple in the group has stayed many times and the rest of us were new to this paradise. I fell in love viewing the suites on the website and I immediately contacted Suzette to book. She is just a breath of fresh air to work with. Very sweet, pleasant & patient with my thousand questions as my Husband would say LOL. She will do everything she can to accommodate and is very thorough in covering every detail needed from arrival, during your stay and the check out process. When she said she would be emailing all the confirmation details over that we discussed, she definitely wasn’t kidding. Everything there on one page and I was so thankful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a big friendly smile from Ty who happened to be out front when our car dropped us off. You definitely need to say hello if you see him around the property. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Our suite was bigger than what we needed but it worked out perfect. It was decorated so bright, everything so nice, very clean which is always a worry. We will be coming back in 2023 to celebrate our 50th Birthday’s and are so looking forward to sharing this amazing resort with our Family & Friends. No place we would rather go to celebrate but RRR. Perfect location. Been to Anna Maria many times but this was our favourite spot. The grounds were so relaxing and nice to be right on the beach and beside the pier. Suzette was helpful organizing details for our toddler. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future

We traveled to Anna Maria Island for the first time this year and brought 2 (4,7) of our 3 kids. Stayed 5 nights in Suite 3 and can not say enough good things about this place. The concept of just 8 suites was really neat and we enjoyed resort life without all craze of resort size. There was never a rush to grab a seat at the pool/bar area and we got to meet some really cool families that were also staying there. Everyone respects the resort and treats the place like a one big shared home. There are plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, pool floats & chairs for guests and from what we experienced, everyone is willing to share even their own pool & beach toys. We left everything we bought at the pool for the next family to use because we loved that idea. Ty is the property manager and does a great job making sure everyone is taken care of. Suzette the owner was a gem to work with and I was understanding of anything we asked of her and did her best to accommodate. The location is a short walk and even shorter drive to the beautiful Bean Point Beach. Dining and shops are just a couple miles away and can be easily accessed by foot, bike or car. I recommend dining at the Waterfront, which is just down the street and if you're looking for some great lunch, check out the Rod & Reel pier. If you're planning on grabbing a couple cocktails too, the bar downstairs has prices you wouldn't believe. We also had a blast renting a couple poles from said Pier and did a little fishing with kids. We'll definitely be back with the whole family!

This resort is a very secure resort. Very private. You need a code to enter so no one from the street can just walk in. The rooms were very modern and very lovely decorated. The kitchenette was perfect for eating in. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very spacious for 4. Suzette, the owner, was very nice and easy to work with. The staff at the resort was very kind and helpful. The Rod & Reel Pier and Restaurant was so convenient. I can't wait to go back.
