Beautiful new resort on old footprint! Great location on Anna Maria Island…..first class amenities. Loved spending the week with you. Fritz and Susie are special hosts.

My Husband & I were asked to join a group of friends last June and we almost had the entire resort for our group alone. One couple in the group has stayed many times and the rest of us were new to this paradise. I fell in love viewing the suites on the website and I immediately contacted Suzette to book. She is just a breath of fresh air to work with. Very sweet, pleasant & patient with my thousand questions as my Husband would say LOL. She will do everything she can to accommodate and is very thorough in covering every detail needed from arrival, during your stay and the check out process. When she said she would be emailing all the confirmation details over that we discussed, she definitely wasn't kidding. Everything there on one page and I was so thankful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a big friendly smile from Ty who happened to be out front when our car dropped us off. You definitely need to say hello if you see him around the property. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Our suite was bigger than what we needed but it worked out perfect. It was decorated so bright, everything so nice, very clean which is always a worry. We will be coming back in 2023 to celebrate our 50th Birthday's and are so looking forward to sharing this amazing resort with our Family & Friends. No place we would rather go to celebrate but RRR. Thank you again Suzette and Ty!!

As always, R & R Resort is the only place for us on AMI. I have begun to hesitate openly offering to folks where we stay because we selfishly want to keep the secret (albeit not a secret any longer) under wraps. Thank you Ty and Suzette. 🙂

We stayed in Suite 8 and it is gorgeous! The view from inside or on the deck was perfect, even better than it looked online. The resort is terrific - beautiful, very private and quiet. My brother and sister in law have been wintering in Florida for 20+ years and were impressed with the Rod and Reel. The finishes are superior and the beach is right outside the gate, the pool was beautifully lit at night, the kayaks were fun and we rode the bikes to restaurants and all over the island. The pool and hot tub were spotless and refreshing. The Rod and Reel Pier next door had good food and was so entertaining with people fishing all day long. We gravitated to it daily. Suzette was terrific to deal with and Ty & Tanya took great care of us and kept the resort in order, from providing whatever we needed to even raking the beach every day. Anna Maria has loads of great restaurants and is very scenic. It's easy to walk to many places, too. We're coming back to Suite 8 at the Rod and Reel next February.

We took a risk and booked a family vacation on an Island and at a resort we had never heard of before! We were more than pleasantly surprised with it all - everything is better than the pictures and the Rod & Reel Resort is outstanding!! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is great. The amenities are more than enough to keep our family of 4 busy all day! If you want to feel like you are in the Caribbean with a private 5 star resort this is the place for you! We loved everything but a few highlights were kayaking (with dolphins), paddle-boarding, biking around the island, eating and fishing at the pier and of course relaxing on our own white sand beach. The sunsets are to die for!!! We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you!!!
