Can't say enough about how great our time at Rod and Reel Resort was.
Ty Hicks, the property manager, was there to make sure that every need you had was taken care of. The property was pristine. The pool. the hot tub, the beach front right out your front door made for a wonderful experience.
We intend to be back next year for another two weeks. Can't wait!

My husband booked the Rod and Reel as a surprise 20th Wedding Anniversary trip for the two of us. I can't begin to describe how absolutely awesome this resort is, so clean and just immaculate. The amenities are just out of this world. Perfect for a family trip....We are already planning another trip to this resort at the end of May! And maybe back for our winter trip in December.
The resort was quiet and private....can't wait to get back.

My parents stayed at this resort to celebrate their anniversary and birthday. We did not personally stay here, but we called and spoke with Suzette, the owner, to arrange a little welcome gift for them. She went above and beyond, to personally go to a local restaurant to pick up a bottle of wine, a gift card, and a card for them. She even included a complimentary gift. If that wasn't enough, she emailed us a photo of the gift set up for them in the room. Suzette was lovely and pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to help us make our parents stay memorable. We couldn't thank her enough.

This was our first trip to Rod and Reel Resort and Anna Maria Island. We could not be happier with our stay at the resort. Everything is first class, with only 8 rooms is it such a relaxing and quiet place. The Resort Manager, Ty, was great! Very personable and always helpful when we asked questions or needed anything. The accomodations are of the highest quality, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you! Tim and Hope
