There are two separate buildings that make up The Blue Horizon. The main home, which is ground level, is direct beachfront and has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3 additional half bathrooms and two kitchens. The second, separate guest home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with two separate living areas and two separate kitchens. The pool is situated in the middle of both for outstanding privacy. There is a floor plan layout of both buildings at the end of the picture slide show above. There may be certain situations when there are fill in times when either property can be rented separately and privately- please call for details!

The six bedroom home is direct Gulf front and is at ground level. The ground level features a living and dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with 2 half baths. The 2nd floor also features living, dining, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There are large sliding glass doors that open up to the second level balcony which faces directly West overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and the "Blue Horizon" of water and sky. What an outstanding place to enjoy cocktails while having your own private sunset location!

The second building is an elevated building with sweeping 180 degree blue water views over the top of the front ground level building. There are two separate living areas, one on each level, as well as two separate kitchen areas. It also has an elevator. The pool and hot tub sit in-between the two buildings with lots of deck space and a covered lanai. The entire property is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating your own private resort destination for family and friends.
There are 9 bedrooms total. 6 in the main house and 3 in the secondary house. The first level has a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full size and a bunk beds. The second level has a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin size and a bunk beds.

The 3 bedroom building has one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. All rooms have private access to a bathroom as well as new flat screen HDTVs.

Sleeps 21 Maximum - no additional rollaway beds or blow up mattresses are permitted in this home!
