Your Suite will be ready and waiting by 4pm on your date of arrival and check-out is 10am on your date of departure.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
As a courtesy and to offer all our guests a safe and healthy environment, we do not allow pets at our location and the beaches of Anna Maria Island have similar pet restrictions in place.
Where can I park?
There are a limited number of parking spots located at the rear of the resort as you approach from North Shore Avenue. In addition, our guests may park in the adjacent public pier parking lot at no-charge and overnight throughout their stay. We have a convenient unloading zone for our guests immediately in front of our main entrance to unload your luggage on arrival or to conveniently drop off guests.
Is the resort non-smoking?
Yes, we are a completely non-smoking premises which includes both our interior and exterior grounds. Guests may conveniently smoke on the beach, pier, or neighboring parking lot just steps away and off-site.
Is there a hair dryer in our Suite?
Absolutely, and so much more! Your room is stocked with complimentary toiletries, beach towels, and a Keurig coffee maker supplied with complimentary starter K-cups. If your room includes an efficiency kitchenette, it comes fully equipped with all your cooking needs and small appliances.
What is the WIFI passcode?
The code to our secure network will be located in your Suite upon arrival.
Do you rent cribs?
We DO have complimentary and cozy cribs available on request and at no charge for our youngest customers. In addition, highchairs or booster seats can be placed in your room to minimize and simplify your packing and travel preparations.
Are there sleeper sofas in the room?
No, our sofas do not open for additional sleeping, but if you need additional linens for a younger guest, please just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate them!
Do you have a restaurant on site?
Just steps outside your Suite is the famous and historic Rod and Reel Pier, which boasts a bait shop, fishing rental equipment, and best of all one of the island’s favorite local restaurants and bar. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, try one of the chef’s specials for fresh and delicious seafood entrees.
